Interim CEO & President

Bill Schultz

Interim CEO & President

Bill Schultz, Interim CEO & Presidentjoined Opportunity Partners in 2015 as Executive Vice President, Business Development and Operations, overseeing all business services and production operations, identifying new products, processes and services in center-based and community work. He was named Interim President & CEO in July 2020. Prior to Opportunity Partners, Bill worked as Senior Director of Fused Deposition Modeling Products at Stratasys.


Executive and Board Relations Administrator

DeAnne Anderson

Executive and Board Relations Administrator

DeAnne Anderson, Executive and Board Relations Administrator,  joined Opportunity Partners in 2012. With more than 25 years of executive managerial experience, she works closely with key executives and the board of directors. Prior to Opportunity Partners, she worked at a for profit company in a Senior Administrative and Corporate Giving Administrator position.


Vice President, Residential and Community Living

Aimee Barbeau

Vice President, Residential and Community Living
Aimee Barbeau comes to us from People Incorporated, where she was a senior program manager responsible for nine group homes, one intermediate care facility, a 25-bed supported living apartment and in-home services. Prior to that, she held leadership positions at Catholic Charities.

Vice President, Information Technology

Paul Hanson

Vice President, Information Technology

Paul Hanson, Vice President of Information Technology, joined Opportunity Partners in 2018. He brings more than 30 years of experience in the Information Technology and Operations fields in a variety of leadership positions. Most recently, Paul was the Chief Operating Officer for MyAlerts, Inc., a Minneapolis-based personalized email and mobile marketing platform serving over 25 major U.S. retailers.


Vice President, Finance

Nelson Neubrech

Vice President, Finance

Nelson Neubrech, Vice President, Finance, brings more than 30 years of experience in financial management and strategic planning to the position. Prior to joining OP in 2013, Nelson worked as Director of Accounting & Controls at Cirrus Aircraft in Duluth.


Vice President, Vocational and Habilitation Services

Lori Schluttenhofer

Vice President, Vocational and Habilitation Services

Lori Schluttenhofer, Vice President, Vocational and Habilitation Services for Opportunity Partners, has more than 20 years of experience managing services in the disability sector. She oversees all day programs, staff training, service quality initiatives and organizational compliance.


Vice President, Human Resources

Todd Schoolman

Vice President, Human Resources

Todd Schoolman, Vice President of Human Resources, joined Opportunity Partners in 2016. He has spent more than 20 years in the Human Resources field in a variety of leadership positions, most recently as the Senior Director of Human Resources for Hallmark Business Connections, a $140 million business service provider for employee recognition, health and wellness solutions. Todd’s connection to Opportunity Partners’ mission is personal as he has a son served by the organization.


Vice President, Advancement

Kate Wilinski

Vice President, Advancement

Kate Wilinski, Vice President of Advancement, joined Opportunity Partners in 2019. She brings more than 12 years of nonprofit development experience to the position including fundraising, events, marketing/communications, and volunteer services. Prior to joining Opportunity Partners, Kate served for five years as Advancement Director at ICA Food Shelf in Minnetonka, and before that worked as a fundraising professional at Hennepin Theatre Trust. She serves on the Excelsior Rotary Board of Directors and has a strong history of other volunteer service in our community.
