Manager of Production

The purpose of this position is to supervise the production staff and coordinate work activities in conjunction with program objectives. The incumbent will also float between the various production locations of Opportunity Partners, while working a range of hours. The incumbent will instruct, evaluate and supervise Person Served, Work Skills Instructors, and temporary workers to enhance skills that will enable them to perform subcontract work.  The incumbent will also serve as a working supervisor to insure that all contracted work is completed.
