Location/Hours: Monday thru Friday; Full Time; 8:00am-4:00pm

Compensation: $17.50/hr PLUS $500 hiring bonus!* Plus Benefits

Required Qualifications:

  • Associate Degree in human services, business, or related field OR at least two years of work experience in the rehabilitation or human services field
  • Experience in Supported Employment preferred
  • Supervisory experience required
  • Valid driver’s license, motor vehicle insurance, and reliable vehicle

Other skills we look for:

  • Knowledge of disability populations, positive supports, and person-centered planning
  • Communication skills, both written and oral
  • Ability to organize, plan, and prioritize work
  • Working knowledge of social service and vocational rehabilitation systems
  • Self-directed
  • Ability to recognize and develop worksite procedures
  • Ability to analyze jobs in relation to person served employee abilities
  • Valid driver’s license, motor vehicle insurance, and ability to operate a company vehicle or transport clients in one’s own vehicle
  • Working knowledge of business community
  • Ability to work under pressure and react quickly in emergency situations
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Outlook, and Excel)
  • Ability to acquire CPR/First Aid certification with recertification bi-annually
  • Ability to acquire medication certification
  • Ability to maintain a positive and professional rapport with a variety of people
